•  In a large mixing bowl, combine sooji/rawa/semolina, oil, green chili, ginger, onion, carrot, corn, turmeric, garam masala, peas, cumin powder, chaat masala, amchur, salt, coriander leaves, and water.
•  In another bowl, mix cornflour, pepper, salt, and water and make a batter.
•  Make small patties from the mixture and dip them in the batter. Then, coat the patties with bread crumbs.
