As onions become translucent, add ginger, garlic paste, and green chilli cut vertically and saute. As onions become golden brown, add tomato puree to it and cook for ten minutes. Keep stirring until oil separates. Now add coriander powder, a pinch of turmeric, salt to taste, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, garam masala powder, and rajma masala.
