  • Then wait for 2 minutes.
  • Flip the side and cook for another minute.

2. Paneer Keto Meal

  • Take paneer and cut them into small squares. Marinate with lemon juice, pepper and salt for some time.
  • Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add chopped garlic in small quantities and sauté it until it turns golden brown. Drop the marinate paneer and garnish with chopped spring onions.
  • Dice vegetables like French beans, bell peppers, spring onion, and finely chopped coriander leaves and garlic.
  • Dip cauliflower florets into saltwater and then rinse them. Leave them aside for future use.
  • Take a pan and add some oil to it. Drop the veggies into it and saut it well.
  • Cover the pan and cook it for some time with a bit of amount of water. This step is to cook the cauliflower. Once it turns soft, add bell peppers to it.

  • Take another small bowl and combine curd with salt, chopped garlic and spring onions.
  • Serve the hot grilled paneer with the sauteed vegetables and curd dressing.

3. Masala Egg Curry

  • Take a pan with oil and put boiled eggs into it and saut.
  • Take another bowl and mix ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and cumin powder.
  • Mix the eggs into the above spice mixture and leave it aside.
  • Take another pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onion and green chilli slices in some quantity of oil.
  • Keep sauting until it turns golden brown, and then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chilli powders, along with some salt.
  • Mix it well and allow it to simmer with some amount of water.
  • Then add diced tomatoes and add some water to it. The tomatoes will turn mushy within a short span.
  • Then allow them to cool and blend well in a food processor to make a spicy gravy.
  • Drop the eggs into the gravy and incorporate them well.
  • Garnish the gravy with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Finally, splutter hing, methi, and mustard seeds with chilli and curry leaves in a pan. Pour it into the gravy and serve this high protein diet hot.

4. Whole Wheat Egg Roll

  • Take wheat flour and add a small quantity of ghee and salt to it.
  • Mix and knead it to a dough with considerable amounts of water.
  • Divide the dough and make into small balls and leave it aside for future use.
  • Take another bowl, drop an egg into it, and then whisk it well with salt.
  • Now roll the dough balls into thin circles and convert them to swiss roll by making a wide strip with the fingers and folding it back to the top edges.
  • Dust the flour onto it and allow it to rest for few minutes.
  • Cook one side of the paratha by sprinkling oil and then flip to the other side.
  • Now add the whisked egg to it and spread it all over.
  • Cook for few seconds and then turn the egg side of the paratha towards the pan.
  • This can be stuffed with fillings that include green chilli, onions, diced tomato, cucumber cubes, coriander leaves, along with salt and chat masala.
  • The paratha is rolled, and the edges are sealed.
  • This high protein diet is then served hot with either garlic or green chutney.

A high protein diet is an eating habit that can bestow various health benefits on an individual. Generally, a balanced diet will contain 15% of sufficient proteins to prevent all types of deficiency, and consuming more of it is seen to cause changes in body metabolism and muscle gain.
