  1. Start in a plank position with your knees on a tabletop position.

  3. Hold the body in a straight line from head to toes with the spine in a neutral position.

  5. Bring your shoulders down and heels over the balls of the feet.

2. Pullups

  1. Extend your arms overhead and hang by a rod.

  1. Stand on all fours on the floor
  2. Walkout using your hands. The legs should be straight all the while
  3. Walk back to the start position using your ankles.
  4. Do a minimum of 10 reps

4. Burpee

This is an exercise that is similar to a push-up but also acts as cardio that can intensify your chest workout without equipment especially when you have a time crunch.

  1. Start with your feet slightly apart and hands on the side. Get into a squat with your hands on the ground.

5. Air swimming

  1. Lie on the floor on your stomach, extend your arms over the head.
  2. Lift your arms, chest, and legs from the floor and squeeze your glutes.

  4. Inhale and exhale for 4 seconds and repeat for 3 sets.

6. Mountain Climbers

This is a home workout no equipment exercise that targets the whole body. 

Steps to follow to do Mountain Climbers

  1. Start in a sprinter's position
  2. Place your hands on the floor and push the feet so that the alternate knee touches the chest.
  3. It is similar to running with high knee action only now you are on the floor.
  4. Do it for up to 2 minutes and ensure that the spine is straight throughout.
