Love handles are the excess fat that settles on the sides of the waist above the hips. When you wear pants or a skirt, a little bit of fat hangs outside on either side of the waist. These love handles might make you look a little stout or flabby. Burpees

Putting the entire body into force just by one exercise is the burpees. Doing several burpees in one round can be tiring. Lower your hands and touch the floor in between your legs. Put the entire body weight on your hands and kick your legs back to come to a push-up position. Make sure your back doesn't sag too much. Mountain climbers

Mountain climber is an exercise that not only works on love handles fat loss but also on the arms and upper tummy. To begin with, come to the plank position. Bring your right knee up towards the chest and go back to the plank position. Hold to the position for a brief moment before you switch legs. Repeat with the next leg. Make sure you evenly distribute your weight in both feet. Do not shift the entire weight of the body on one particular foot. It may cause a foot sprain. Repeat this exercise at least 30 times a day. Bicycle crunches

These are just like riding a bicycle but lying on the back. Lie flat on the floor with legs lifted and knees slightly bent. Keep your hands folded and behind the head. Start cycling your legs one by one. When you bend your left leg forward or towards you, bring the right elbow towards your left knee. Similarly in the process of the cycle, do the same for the other leg and hand. Do this about 15 to 30 times a day. This will help in strengthening your abdomen muscles and initiate love handles fat loss. It helps you gain a flat tummy and good posture.

Russian twists

Russian twists are considered very simple abdominal twists that help you lose love handles and look precise in your skirts and pants. It also concentrates on the core, shoulders, and hips. The twisting motion focuses on the sides of the abdomen giving good strength to the torso. All you have to do is sit on the floor with legs raised and knees bent. All you have to do is keep your arms held together slightly away from your body. Touch the floor on either side of your hips. While doing this your arms swing from one side to another. The harder the exercise is the better it will help you reduce your love handles.

Bridge

The bridge exercise helps in increasing body balance and getting rid of love handles. The exercise is very simple. Lie on the floor with your palms touching the ground. Bend those knees so that your feet touch the floor. Raise your hips by supporting your body weight on your arms and legs. The pose should feel like a bridge. Remain in this position for about 30 seconds before you relax. Do the same for about 7 to 8 repetitions a day. This exercise also strengthens the abdomen muscles.

Triangle pose

The triangle pose is like an asana where you have to keep your feet apart as much as you can. Lift your arms high in the air and touch your feet sideways. Your right arm should touch your right foot. Repeat it in the opposite direction. Do the same about 10 to 15 times a day to reduce love handles. Increase the number of repetitions week after week for better results.
