Laugh lines are wrinkles around your mouth that make you appear older than you actually are. There are many weight loss exercises that vanish the wrinkles and makes you look prettier. Brow riser is an exercise for beautiful face that keeps the brows in proper shape without sagging down. This simple workout at home helps the eyebrows stay intact even when you age.
To start off with the brow raiser exercise, put your middle finger and index finger together to get a closed peace sign. Rest your fingernails on the rate browns and push the skin down gently. Give enough pressure in that area. While giving pressure on that area, slowly move the skin up and down so that the muscles move and develop more glow. Note that you should be able to create resistance with the help of your fingers. Exercise for face only makes you feel better day by day.

2. Cheekbone Lift

Flabby and flat cheeks make us look fat and not up to the mark. Some of us are not blessed with a small face and tend to put on weight in the face, too, even if you add just a few pounds of weight. Face exercise for beautiful face is the only easy remedy to look attractive and shining. Normal exercises take time to show on the face. To do this exercise, place your fingers over your cheekbones in a comfortable position. You can use your index finger and middle finger for better pressure. Gently lift the skin towards your eyes.
Now open your mouth like a fish as you lift your muscles with your hand. Try making an elongated O to feel the resistance on your cheek. It helps to open the jaw muscles and tone your muscles. Hold in the same position for about 5 seconds and come back to the normal position. Initially, it will be a little difficult, but you will get used to it. Try and complete 10 to 15 sets of exercise every day in order to look fit and healthy.

3. Chipmunk Cheek Squeeze

This is a funny exercise where you will have to squeeze your cheeks that will make you look like a chipmunk. It is like making a fish face again and again. Those who have fat cheeks and look chubby can do this exercise to reduce the fat and flabbiness. To do a quick chipmunk squeeze, you have to tilt your head backwards as much as possible and push your chin forward. Suck your cheeks inwards as much as possible. Hold in the same position for about 5 to 10 seconds and release. Complete at least about 10 to 15 sets per day to gain healthy cheeks and a long neck. While doing this exercise for face, the neck and chin also work along to look better.

4. Jaw Flex

The jaw flex exercise is for those who want a toned jawline. This is essential for those who have a double chin that sags and looks heavy. Although you have a good body, a double chin can make you look chubby and less attractive. To get rid of these double chins, try the jaw flex exercise for face, which shows quick results if done continuously. The jaw flex exercise helps you get a trim and flat face. These workouts not only give a well-defined look but is also an exercise for face glow.
To start off with this exercise, tilt your head backwards again until you see the ceiling. You should be able to feel the pull in your jaws and neck. Move your lower lip over your upper lip as much as possible. You will feel the strain of the jaw muscles near your ears while performing this action. If you're not able to feel the pull, then you're doing it the wrong way. So make sure your positions are right. Hold on to the same position for about 10 to 15 seconds and then slowly release. Get your head back to the normal position. Try doing this exercise for face at least 10 to 15 times a day in order to get a defined shape for the face.

5. Puffer Fish Press

The pufferfish press is again a funny expression that makes your face look like a fish while doing the exercise. Some people have laugh lines around their mouths and may look older than their age. The pufferfish press is an ideal exercise that works on getting rid of the wrinkles and lines around the mouth. Here’s how to do the exercise. Close your mouth and puff your cheeks with a sufficient amount of air inside. Move air from one check to another. This exercise for face is very funny, and you will enjoy it while doing it. Keep doing it for about 30 seconds. Do about 10 repetitions a day to have healthy cheeks without any wrinkles.
