  • Place your left hand on the left knee and your right fist on the right knee.¬†
  • Meanwhile, keep your thumb pointing upwards and your elbow straight.¬†
  • Look straight and keep the head locked in this position.¬†
  • Shift your focus on the thumb.¬†
  • Make an imaginary circle with your thumb while ensuring that you do not bend your elbow.¬†
  • Make the circle both clockwise and anti-clockwise, five times in each direction.¬†
  • Repeat the same yoga asana with your left thumb and then close your eyes to relax.¬†

Up and down viewing

  • Sit down on a yoga mat with your legs fully stretched in front of your body.
  • Close both your fists and place them on the knees.¬†
  • Meanwhile, your both thumbs should be pointing upwards.¬†
  • Gradually, lift your right thumb but do not bend your arm.¬†
  • Focus on this thumb with your eyes and follow its movement as it goes upwards.¬†
  • Once it reaches the maximum height, bring it down to the position where you started lifting it.¬†
  • Throughout this movement too, you have to maintain your focus on your thumb and your head locked in the initial position.¬†
  • Now, repeat this yoga asana with your left thumb.¬†
  • You have to practice the asana at least five times with each thumb.¬†
  • Once you are done with the asana, close your eyes and relax your body.¬†
